Benedicte and I went swimming at the pool in Trondheim. Then we met up with Terry for some speed shopping at a thrift shop. More on that later. Then we met Ronald and Berit for dinner at the most charming restaurant. Baklandet Skydsstation is a former home for unwed mothers. It is now decorated in vintage furnishings and Norwegian folk arts and crafts. It is a must-see place and the fish soup is delicious. They also serve reindeer for the more adventurous eaters.

Ronald at his best. He is such a kind, generousand funny man. In fact, one never knows if Ronald is telling the truth or pulling one's leg!! It has been both a pleasure and an honor to get to know him and Berit both.
